Agreement to TinyDay Baby Tracker terms

By downloading or using TinyDay Baby Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use TinyDay Baby Tracker.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement

What TinyDay Baby Tracker provides

TinyDay Baby Tracker is a personal organization tool for recording baby routines and memories. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining backups appropriate to your needs.

No medical or emergency service

TinyDay Baby Tracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency services. Routine summaries and trends are informational views of user-entered records and are not clinical measurements. Always seek a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns and contact local emergency services when necessary.

TinyDay Pro subscriptions

• Available plans, billing periods, localized prices, and trial details are displayed in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting TinyDay Baby Tracker does not cancel a subscription.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. An unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased where applicable.
• Restore Purchases is available in TinyDay Baby Tracker's paywall and Settings.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for the records, notes, and images you add. You must have the right to use that content. Do not use TinyDay Baby Tracker to violate law, another person's privacy, or intellectual-property rights, or to interfere with the app or Apple services.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. System services such as iCloud, notifications, Live Activities, the App Store, and RevenueCat may be unavailable or behave differently depending on device, region, account, network, and operating-system settings.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyDay Baby Tracker is provided "as is" and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for decisions made from user-entered records, loss caused by failure to maintain a backup, or outages of third-party or Apple services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
