TinyDay Baby Tracker

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

TinyDay Baby Tracker privacy summary

TinyDay Baby Tracker is designed to work without an account. Baby profiles, routine records, notes, avatars, and photos are stored on your device by default. We do not sell personal data, serve ads, or use third-party advertising trackers.

Information you enter in TinyDay Baby Tracker

You may choose to enter a baby's name, birth date, optional gender, routine records, notes, photos, and related details. This information is used only to provide TinyDay Baby Tracker features. Avoid entering information you do not want stored on your device or in your chosen backup or sync service.

Local storage, backups, and deletion

Optional iCloud sync

If you enable Sync with iCloud, Apple's CloudKit service may store and sync TinyDay Baby Tracker data through the Apple Account signed in on your devices. This feature is off by default. iCloud data is handled under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Turning off the switch stops TinyDay Baby Tracker from opening its store with CloudKit on later launches; data already held by Apple may remain according to your iCloud settings and Apple's retention practices.

Photos in TinyDay Baby Tracker

TinyDay Baby Tracker uses Apple's system photo picker so you can select specific images without granting the app unrestricted access to your photo library. Selected images are resized and stored with the applicable profile or record.

Purchases and RevenueCat

When you choose to view, purchase, or restore TinyDay Pro, TinyDay Baby Tracker asks for network access and uses Apple's App Store together with RevenueCat to present products and verify subscription access. Apple and RevenueCat may process transaction information, app-user or device identifiers, diagnostics, and related purchase data required to provide those services. TinyDay Baby Tracker does not receive your full payment-card details.

Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy

Notifications, widgets, and Live Activities

If you create a reminder, iOS schedules it locally after you grant notification permission. Widget and Live Activity data is a compact summary stored in the app's shared Apple container so system extensions can display it. TinyDay Baby Tracker does not operate its own push-notification server.

Analytics and diagnostics

TinyDay Baby Tracker's third-party telemetry switch is disabled in version 1.0. The app may use Apple-provided diagnostics and App Analytics when you have chosen to share those with Apple. If you send feedback, your email app sends the message and any diagnostic text visible in the draft; you can edit or remove it before sending.

Data retention and requests

Local records remain until you delete them. User-controlled backups remain wherever you saved them. Purchase and optional iCloud records are retained by Apple or RevenueCat according to their policies and legal obligations. For privacy questions or deletion assistance, contact hi@codemxm.com. Because TinyDay Baby Tracker has no account system, we may be unable to identify or delete data held only in your device, iCloud account, or anonymous purchase record; the app and the relevant service settings provide the applicable controls.

Children's privacy

TinyDay Baby Tracker is intended for parents and caregivers, not for direct use by children. Do not allow a child to submit personal information through support email.

Changes to this TinyDay Baby Tracker privacy policy

We may update this policy when TinyDay Baby Tracker's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
